America Resources Exploration Inc. (OTCBB:AREN) Drops Below A Quarter

America Resources Exploration Inc. (OTCBB:AREN) ended up shedding 46.55% in yesterday’s trading session after 4.4 million shares of its common stock changed hands.

The first few minutes of trading saw the ticker stumble the hardest, and indeed – most of AREN‘s 1.1 million dollar volume in that session was made in that initial crash. The ticker was slammed down hard and failed to make a significant recovery by the end of the session, finishing well below the quarter mark.

It would be something of an understatement to say that this turn of events could be seen from miles away. AREN was the most promoted ticker on the OTC Markets for months, and managed to rise above and beyond any reasonable limits. With a market cap that oft times exceeded $100 MILLION, it was clear for all that the ticker was a time just bomb waiting to explode in the face of the unwary or the unlucky.

Well, AREN sure did take its sweet time, but now that it has started, the crash seems as inexorable as it is brutal. Disgruntled investors and opportunistic traders that thought to take one last gamble at AREN alike are now desperately trying to get out.

Today’s session started out on the positive note, with a slight gap up – but now, AREN is headed right back down into the red again. Will the ticker plunge all the way down to a dime today? Only time will tell, but judging by the low volume at the session’s opening, we might have to wait a while to see that happen.
