Awesome Penny Stocks Delays Next Disaster

9FARE.pngAwesome Penny Stocks (APS) has been one of the biggest promoters in the last 2-3 years. After the crash of Wold Moto, Inc. (OTC:FARE), their latest pick was supposed to go live today, but it was postponed for Wednesday. 5CPOW.png

While we are waiting to see what murky stock APS will be touting next we may take a look at their history. One of the earliest pump jobs of APS was Clean Power Concepts Inc (PINK:CPOW).

As the name indicates, the company was supposedly engaged in the green energy sector. APS started pumping it in Dec. 2010. CPOW went from around $0.05 to about 45 cents in a little over a week and then crashed causing naive investors to lose millions. Today it trades for half a penny.

With CPOW the tell-tale signs were already getting established. A company with a failed business, or no business at all; basically no trading history prior to the pump, and one or more splits increasing the number of shares held by insiders before the pump.

EARH.pngThose signs were there for the next pick too. It was Earth Dragon Resources Inc (PINK:EARH). There was a forward split shortly before the pump; the company had limited operation and trading history prior to the pump. Then it shot up and crashed. These days EARH is barely trading around $0.40 and this price is only due to a reverse 1 for 500 split in December 2011.

Between then and now APS has touted at least 11 more companies. Including some infamous disasters like Amwest Imaging Inc (PINK:AMWI), North Springs Resources Corp (PINK:NSRSE) and Novation Holdings Inc (OTC:NOHO), formerly Allezoe Medical Holdings Inc (ALZM).

While recent APS pump jobs don’t run as high as the older ones, they still lure in many investors mesmerized by the idea of quick huge profits.

0SVEN.pngWith the exception of Superior Venture Corp (OTC:SVEN), APS pumps have given traders the chance to make a profit and get out. This, however, is only true if the trader is fully aware that a given stock is nothing more than a pump, and plays it as such. Additionally, there is virtually no way of knowing when the crash will happen, so even those that play instead of investing are in a high risk situation.

As for those who actually believe in the companies and their supposed businesses, the results are clear. When APS reveals the next pump on Wednesday, be sure not to make the wrong decision.
