Face Up Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC:FUEG) Involved in Yet Another New Pump

FUEG_chart.pngRumour has it that Penny Stock Rumours’s next ‘monster gaming alert’ is Face Up Entertainment Group, Inc., f/k/a Intake Communications Inc. (OTC:FUEG). After we consulted our comprehensive promoters database, we found out that it is the pure truth.

At the moment, there are four separate paid promotions going on in support of FUEG worth a total of $71,500. Dozens of affiliaters are already flooding investors’mailboxes with emails touting the stock. Three main parties have allocated the money for the pump, namely: Compass Capital, Actual Investments LLC, and Stock Appeal LLC. Given the fat cheques they have written to Liquid Pennies, Honest Abe, Stock Hunter and Stock Brain to name a few, we could savely assume that they have got a lot to lose should the pump fail to yield any profits.

FUEG_logo.pngThe first fifteen minutes of the session have not exactly loaded the parties mentioned above with optimism. FUEG shares opened trade at $0.17, only gapping up 6.25% as compared to their previous close. The stock then peaked at $0.175 before reverting to its opening value. Since the vast majority of paid promotions only work out within the first few minutes of the session they have been targeted to, we wonder if the campaign could still pull the strings in the hours to come.

According to FUEG‘s latest official press release, the company claims to be ín the right place’ in terms of the market niche it has chosen, i.e the social game industry. While the latter certainly provides a lot of room for future expansion, FUEG does not appear to have what it takes to take full advantage thereof. The company has barely amassed $5,000 in total current assets, its quarterly revenue clocks in at $44 thousand, while its working capital gap goes well over $3 million.

Obviously, FUEG will be needing a substantial amount of external capital to implement its business plan. This implies that its managers earn investors’ trust. It comes at a cost and paid pumps are not the best approach to get it. Fair enough.
