First Titan Corp. (OTCBB:FTTN) Dips Below $1 Per Share Yet Again

64FTTN_chart.pngThe stock of First Titan Corp. (OTCBB:FTTN) has been going through a tough period lately and it seems that the regular optimistic press releases are unable to turn things around. The stock was swaying in both directions in the recent sessions and dropped below the $1 mark with the start of this week.

As we mentioned in our previous article, we can expect promotional emails from Quality Stocks’ 180 day promotional campaign of FTTN that can provide another good run for the ticker. However, knowing how things turn out with other companies in which Mr. Robert Federowicz was involved FTTN will most probably turn into a bad long-term investment decision.

This week started with yet another dip below the $1 mark as FTTN dropped 10.20% in value. There were a total of 350 thousand shares that switched hands as the stock was moving from $1 per share to $0.898, with which the company stock registered $314 thousand in dollar volume.

FTTN senced that they have to keep up the hype and made yet another press release early this morning, announcing that they are evaluating the probable profit potential of expanding north of the border, into Canada.

818LOGO.pngWell, guess what. It seems that all the news coming from FTTN lately are similar, because last week we were informed that they were, again, evaluating a new acquisition target in Kansas. The deal is that a lot of investors know how such announcements usually unfold and simply refuse to take their word for it.

26OBJE_chart.pngWith the lack of any definitive news, the stock is extremely risky and might get exhausted pretty soon, crashing deeper below the $1 per share barrier. In any case, be sure to do a lot of due diligence and weigh out the risks if you have any thoughts of investing in FTTN.

After all, we remember the faith of some of the other companies in which Robert Federowicz was involved like Obscene Jeans, Corp. (OTCBB:OBJE) and Aristocrat Group, Corp. (OTCMKTS:ASCC), that went above $1 per share and which we wrote about in our previous article on FTTN. If you have forgotten about them we will make sure to remind you their story from time to time.
