Nuvilex, Inc. (OTCMKTS:NVLX)’s Ongoing Promotion

81NVLX_chart.pngRecently, the stock of Nuvilex, Inc. (OTCMKTS:NVLX) is headed in an upward direction and Friday’s small loss of 1.99% in price didn’t manage to stop its ascent. The news coming from the company seem optimistic enough to carry the stock to new heights, but we are not sure if the paid promotional campaign will work good for the ticker.

The last session of the past month went very well for NVLX as the stock gained 10.67% in value. The volume of traded stock was kept below the average and despite that fact the ticker slid a step lower in the following session.

This week started rather well, as NVLX began climbing the charts. The intraday graphic shows us that the company stock reached as high as $0.132, but the spike in trades quickly pushed it down again.

In the end of the day NVLX closed with a decent 5.69% gain on almost twice its average volume. A total of 2.8 million shares changed their owners and helped generate $359 thousand in dollar volume, the highest in almost a month.

574LOGO.pngApart from the promising news of the preparations for Phase 3 clinical trials of NVLX‘s cancer medication we see a lot of touting from different paid promoters. The biggest compensation received by the promoters was in the beginning of the pump, on October 30, and was for the amount of $13 thousand.

The following payments were smaller and were ranging from $2500 to $5000. We see Vip Stock Report and Awesome Stock Pick among the promoters with lowest compensation and we know why this is so.

OCFN_chart.pngOne of the previous tickers that they promoted was Omega Commercial Finance Corp, (OTCMKTS:OCFN) and we can say that their chart performance isn’t exactly promising. The two outlets touted OCFN back in mid-October and managed to push the ticker’s price as high as $0.062 per share, but it started sliding down and is currently 59% down from then, at $0.025.

Goldman Small Cap Research (GSCR) also stepped in with a review article, touting NVLX. This is not a surprise, because they regularly publish research on NVLX and as listed in the fine print are being paid $500 for each research article. It’s that simple.

All in all, considering the fact that there are around 15 outlets touting NVLX, a correction in price may come sooner than expected. This is the exact reason for which we would advise you to do your due diligence and weigh out the risks.
