Premier Brands, Inc. f/k/a Tracksoft Systems Inc (OTCMKTS:BRND) Bumped Back Down to Pink Limited Information

Premier Brands, Inc. f/k/a Tracksoft Systems Inc (OTCMKTS:BRND) broke its silence and came out with a press release earlier today. It was also bumped back down to the OTC Pink Limited Information tier.

21BRND_chart.pngYesterday the traded volume countinued to decline and reached approximately 12.6 million shares. BRND closed down 1.25% at $0.0158 per share.

About an hour ago, BRND issued a press release to announce it would be holding an online “open house” to allow interested parties to get acquainted with Dennis Rodman’s Bad Boy Vodka, developed by BRND.

The event was actually announced a few days ago on the website of BRND, but there was no official press release at the time.

Previously, on Jul. 16 BRND was pushed down to a Pink Limited tier. Back then the reason was quite obvious – the company was late filing its quarterly report. The next day it went back to OTCQB after a notification of late filing which gives additional 15 calendar days for the issuer to file the report.

That would make the next due date Jul. 30. With 7 more days to go it’s not quite clear why BRND is at the Pink Limited again. In early trading BRND is staying near yesterday’s close. The “open house” won’t be held before the close, so it’s unlikely to affect trading today.
