Vapor Group Inc (OTCMKTS:VPOR) Regains Some Lost Value

[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]Vapor Group Inc (OTCMKTS:VPOR) has been struggling since the beginning of the year and we have seen far too many sessions in which the ticker ended up red. And after a long time of trading in double zero land we finally see [[tagnumber 2]]VPOR[[tagnumber 3]] drop into the triple zeros.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]It appears that the latest letter to shareholders that was posted last week wasn’t to the liking of investors as we saw the ticker drop 25% the day the press release was made. It did, however, manage to stay level during Friday’s session.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]This might have proved to be a boost for investor confidence as we saw [[tagnumber 2]]VPOR[[tagnumber 3]] gain 11.11% in yesterday’s session and close at the $0.001 mark. The volume was below the average and the 137 million shares that changed their owners generated $129 thousand in daily trade value.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]It seems, however, that there is some hesitation. Since today’s market open we see [[tagnumber 2]]VPOR[[tagnumber 3]] trading 10% lower from yesterday’s close at $0.0009. A reason for this might be the massive dilution which the stock has experienced and might very well continue to experience.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]The fact that the quarterly report that should shed some light on the current amount of outstanding shares has been delayed also doesn’t provide much stability for the company stock. As we wrote in our previous article, the number of outstanding shares has increased from 930 million to more than 2.6 billion between January 1 and March 31.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]Considering the fact that the authorized share count has been increased once again and is now a whopping 8 billion we might very well be seeing much more dilution. In light of all these facts we consider [[tagnumber 2]]VPOR[[tagnumber 3]] to be a very risky investment choice so you should be sure to do your due diligence and weigh out the risks before making any moves.[[tagnumber 4]]
