Victory Mark’s Next Victim – Xumanii, Inc. (OTCBB:XUII)

XUII_chart.pngYesterday Xumanii, Inc. (OTCBB:XUII) ran nearly 200% up to a close of $0.299 per share. The reason was simple – pumpers Victory Mark Corp. targeted the company with a new pump campaign.

The emails from Victory Mark came through first, before the stock had a chance to run, with more promoters trying to piggyback as it picked up speed in the morning. Once again, the compensation disclosed by VMark is $500 thousand.

XUII is a company that claims to be taking over the entertainment industry, trying to offer HD live broadcasting solutions. Of course, the revolutionary technology is ‘patent pending’. XUII also happens to be headquartered in a P.O. box on the Cayman Islands. The company’s website claims that its main office is located in Nevada, but XUII‘s OTCMarkets page and its last filing that came through in March both list the entity’s registered executive office as a P.O. box in Ugland House on Grand Cayman island. Ugland House happens to be the registered office address for almost 19,000 entities. It’s the same building that President Barack Obama called “either the biggest building in the world or the biggest tax scam in the world”.

Financially, things are not looking any better. XUII has not generated revenue since inception and has published the following numbers in their latest financial report – a 10-Q for the quarter ended January 2013:

  • $7 thousand in cash
  • $975 thousand in liabilities
  • ZERO revenues since inception
  • $449 thousand in quarterly net loss

Those figures hardly need any further comment or explanation.

Victory Mark once again claims that this will be a ‘long-haul’ pick, even though their last promotions have crashed after running for little longer than a day. The promoters also promise more news to come, including ‘HUGE celebrity names’. We found a video on Youtube named ‘Xumanii Present AKON – Exclusive After-Party’ published almost 3 years ago. We hope this is not the kind of huge celebrity news the pumpers are about to tout because the video in question contained a lot of footage of local DJs and stars and surprisingly little Akon, in still images pasted into the video.

93REDG_fail.pngVictory Mark seems to have completely lost it, offering a string of horrible failures before they started touting XUII. Their non-stop pump crash combo consists of Pub Crawl Holdings (OTCBB:PBCW), VuMee, Inc. (OTCMKTS:VUME), Red Giant Entertainment, Inc. (OTCMKTS:REDG) and most recently Harbor Island Development Corp. (OTCBB:HIDC). Considering how briefly those ran and how they all dropped to stop around or under $0.01 per share, history may as well repeat itself.
