American Graphite Technologies, Inc. (OTC:AGIN) Pumped Again
After more than a month without pump activities, American Graphite Technologies, Inc. (OTC:AGIN) popped up in a brand new pump campaign by the newsletters of Stock Appeal LLC.
Stock Hunter, V.I.P Stock Alerts, Liquid Pennies, and Hero Stocks took part in the first wave of pumping last month. They got in just in time for the crash. The group started touting AGIN on Mar. 17, after the close.
The pumpers were talking about momentum back then and they are talking about it again. They say it was the chart and the news that made them look at AGIN again, but a quick look at their disclaimer reveals the real reason – a $20,000 compensation.
So far this week, AGIN really has three sessions in the green. This sudden turn seemed to have come out of nowhere, but a recent 8-K filing reveals that AGIN has engaged a Rosevale Capital S.A. to provide investor relations and marketing services.
Rosevale is a murky Panamanian entity which has no Internet footprint outside the agreement with AGIN.
The company itself went silent about the same time as the previous pump wave ended, and curiously enough, it issued a press release yesterday. Supposedly, AGIN has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with a Ukrainian institute, to research the properties of graphene contained matter as working material for 3-D printing.
Traders can make up their minds about what can come out of this second leg of pumping. They should keep in mind that AGIN still hasn’t proven it can make a dime from operations, and chances are the people who paid for this new pump have some shares to dump.
