American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) Clambers to a Green Close
After spending the better part of Thursday trading in the red, American Green Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) managed to claw its way to a close 6% up. Share volume started picking back up, at 37 million shares traded.
Not much has changed on the PR front, with no word of the Zazzz hitting new dispensaries and new locations across the US. No big deal for ERBB, obviously, as the company has built up something of a reputation for missing its own deadlines and failing to deliver on its promises. After failing to deploy its vending machine as promised the last two times in June and July, ERBB set what appeared to be a more realistic launch window for its improved machine – ‘in October’.
With the first new unit arriving in ERBB‘s offices last week and the company currently working on the custom software needed to refurbish the interactive touch screen, it seems ERBB is going to miss this third launch bracket as well.
We previously examined the new version of the Zazzz vending machine and the most obvious improvement – the huge interactive touch screen. The addition is not explained just yet but it seems what ERBB put on the front of its machine is a VE Global Vending Inc. touch screen that comes with its own operating system. It will be interesting to see whether ERBB actually signed an agreement with VE Global to use their technology or just refurbished previously used screens, but that will be known when the company actually chimes in with an official statement instead of pictures on Facebook and Twitter.
When ERBB actually rolls out the Zazzz machines, it will be interesting to watch a live demo of one and see just how it operates, including all the 3D product scans and ID verification and security system, enhanced with the patents the company acquired in August.
