American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) Misses Third Zazzz Launch Window

It is hardly much of a surprise but at least it’s official now – American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) managed to miss its third announced launch window for the legendary Zazzz marijuana vending machine. With October out of the door, it seems investors will need to wait some more, again, before they can see the Zazzz available nationwide.

The company missed the previous two launch time frames it set for the Zazzz machine, one in June and another in July. It’s been nearly two months since ERBB‘s latest PR related to the Zazzz launch. In early September the company announced that it will begin deployment of the latest and improved Zazzz Mach 2 ‘in October’.

All that investors have so far are photographs of the new machine, now sporting a huge, interactive touch screen. The screen, in turn, still sports an old vendor interface, offering bags of chips and candy bars. ERBB stated that work on the company’s custom software had begun two weeks ago.

So, when exactly is the new Zazzz hitting multiple locations across the United States, as announced in September? Hard to tell. It seems the company would be better off adopting the ‘When it’s done’ approach and sparing its hopeful shareholders the palpitations surrounding every missed deadline and non-launch. There have been no new press announcements coming from ERBB for over a month now and one could almost think that the entire company is too busy getting the Zazzz out to bother typing up PR.

It’s almost time for ERBB‘s Q1 report as well. It remains to be seen whether the company continued issuing new debt that converts at a massive, fixed percentile discount from a price window stretching 12 months back.
