American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) Pops on News Alert
After a month of simmering down and dropping ever deeper in double zero territory, on Friday the stock of American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) had its biggest green session for the last couple of months. ERBB closed 17.7% up on a Friday update slipped out only to people who subscribed to American Green’s email alerts.
It seems the company is really dedicated to cutting expenses in the new quarter as the email update in question was described by COO Stephen Shearin as not being “bulletin worthy” and was not distributed through ordinary PR channels, even though the company pushed out proper PR to share similar “news” before. The update spoke about products and projects that the company is working on, without much to show for it yet. Considering ERBB‘s track record with launching the ZaZZZ and all the delays that dragged on for months, it’s probably better that no official press releases mention those projects and products just yet.
Speaking of the ZaZZZ, the ZaZZZ Network website has finally been updated. After only showing two locations with fully connected ‘online’ machines, the count is now up to six. Strangely, the Friday ERBB email update mentions that the “next machine” to be fully activated will be the one in the Exhale dispensary in Los Angeles. On Feb 28 ERBB did announce that the last of its 18 ZaZZZ was “spoken-for” by Exhale, Los Angeles. However, the ZaZZZ Network website currently doesn’t even have a Los Angeles machine on its list of units, activated or otherwise.
The email update boasts that OG Tea should log its best monthly revenue ever in April and Truth Lighting is growing every consecutive month. Of course, to see the record revenues OG Tea generated in April, traders will have to wait until late September, as ERBB‘s fiscal year end is June and April falls into fiscal Q4.
Until then, there’s the company’s due quarterly filing for the months ended March. This will give much needed information on how close to maxing out its authorized shares ERBB is and just how much revenue the ZaZZZ machines generated since the early February launch.
