American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) Turns Limited Information
American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) slid 4.35% down yesterday, as its tag on the OTC Markets was changed to “OTC Pink Limited Information”.
Many investors were excited about the company’s upcoming financial report, that was already delayed once through an official filing. Even now, ERBB enthusiasts and opportunistic pot-stock traders alike are holding their breath in anticipation of said filing. The only question question is – why?
As far as due diligence shows, ERBB doesn’t really have revenues, so it’s not like its financials can be all that impressive. With the promised roll-out being delayed on at least three occasions already, there can’t be all that much money going the company’s way, can there?
Idle as ERBB is, the only thing such a report could be good for is discerning how much money the company has spent in the last quarter in order to fail to roll-out a product, how much toxic funding has it burdened investor with this time around, and how much dilution could investors be looking forward to in the near future.
This being the case, it should be obvious why ERBB has been lax with its reporting. Currently, there is no real way to know whether the company is just negligent or is buying time, but in either case – the present state of developments does not really bode well for ERBB.
