CD International Enterprises Inc. (OTCMKTS:CDII) Is Still Soaring
CD International Enterprises Inc. (OTCMKTS:CDII) had a nasty tumble immediately after its huge jump, but is now recovering from that one nicely. But how long will that last?
As is often the case with over-hyped OTC Markets pinksheets penny stocks, CDII is currently too volatile and erratic for investors to accurately predict where the ticker will go next. However, there are a couple of handy hints that could give diligent traders some idea of where CDII will eventually end up.
The first one is the Caveat Emptor sign on the company’s profile page. It was put there by the SEC for a good reason, and investors really need to remember that.
The second thing worth noting in the current situation is the fact that the news for the enormous purchase order allegedly received from China hasn’t been confirmed by a filing yet. There is no 8-K to confirm the veracity of the announcement, and investors are right to be more than a bit suspicious about that.
There are many other red flags about CDII that can be found with little to no effort on the researcher’s part. Like the fact that the ticker has been targeted by paid pumps on multiple occasions in the last six months, and the fact that CDII‘s latest report could be called mediocre at best.
All of these do not bode well for the continuation of CDII‘s ascent – which is why investors need to be extra careful when dealing with the ticker.
