Cloud Security Corp. (OTCBB:CLDS) Continues To Fall

After a steady climb last month, the last few sessions for Cloud Security Corp. (OTCBB:CLDS) didn’t go that well. The reason is simple. A huge dumping of stock that was initiated after a paid promotional campaign.

As we wrote in our previous article about CLDS, the promotion is carried out through a landing page and hard mailer. A hint for the cause of the high volumes of traded stock might be the fact that an unnamed shareholder is listed as the person who provided the payment for the landing page in the disclaimer.

The total loss that CLDS has recorded since the initiation of the paid promotion amounts to exactly 40%. The highest percentile loss was recorded this Monday when the ticked dropped 21% on a high volume of 874 thousand shares.

The ticker registered lower amounts of traded shares in the following sessions, but continued to slide down. After a 13% loss in Tuesday it dropped a further 10.95% yesterday, but the smaller amount of traded stock didn’t manage to accumulate high dollar volume.

A total of 564 thousand shares switched hands while the price was going form $0.5375 to $0.48 and helped generate a trade value of $281 thousand.

Today’s session started more promising as the company stock gapped up 9%, but started sliding down and this might prove to be the next session which CLDS closes in the red, even though we can’t say that there has been that much dumping since market open.

We would advise you to proceed with caution, just like you should do with any promoted stock. Be sure to do a lot of due diligence and weigh out the risks.

On the other hand Globalstar, Inc. (OTCMKTS:GSAT) is still barely make any movements in price, but is in the top of hottest stocks in term of dollar volume.
