Easton Pharmaceutcals, Inc. (OTCMKTS:EAPH) Stands With Second Strong Day
Easton Pharmaceutcals, Inc. (OTCMKTS:EAPH) is up more than five times in the past two trading days, yet still underpriced. EAPH broke out of the double-zero levels, adding another 34$ to $0.018, on buying volumes above $1.9 million, though lower than yesterday’s record.
Now, the predictions are that EAPH will continue to raise its price by multiples, as investors’ forums expect a price of 3 cents. EAPH has visited the price of a few cents before, but is now enjoying a period of higher exuberance, as it tries to conjoin its drug patenting model with Cannabis Science, Inc. The success of this venture is unknown, but the partnership is enough to make investors count EAPH toward the new round of the dot-bong bubble, as the rising trend is also known.
EAPH was briefly mentioned in a free promotional email on January 8th, by Hot Penny Picks, for an unknown compensation, probably for free. The promoter is aiming for a generally high return, so picking momentum movers is not unusual.
The problem is that while there is enough optimism to go around, marijuana companies have already started correcting, and it is unknown how much the new positions will keep. EAPH is in special danger, being extremely underpriced- and the fallout could easily wipe out all of the gains as fast as they came.
AVT, Inc. (OTCMKTS:AVTC) moved at a much higher price range, touching $5, but its rise was one worthy of a double-zero stock. AVTC gained from $1.50 to five dollars in a day, and later slid back to $4.21, not an overly dramatic drop, but still a correction.
Vape Holdings, Inc. (OTCMKTS:PLPED) is not doing well after the split. The ticker reached a peak at $30, but went on to settle at $17, and now it is a matter of investors taking a liking to the new post-split price.
As you can see, no price range is an insurance against sharp corrections, and even the most active tickers ended their wild run to take what could be a breather- or a deathly blow. If you are still interested in the marijuana sector, keep in mind that OTC market volatility is generally high, and while there are many factors that boost known and unknown stocks, downward pressures may also intermix and drag down earnings.
