Endeavor IP, Inc. (OTCBB:ENIP) in an $1 Million Promotion
In the past three weeks, the climb for Endeavor IP, Inc. (OTCBB:ENIP) is rather gradual, supported by emails every few days. Since the beginning of active trading, ENIP added more than a third to its value. The ticker reached $1.05 after adding below 2%, on buying volumes above $321,000.
ENIP found its latest support from an email sent by 900PercentStocks, and the stock enjoys a $1 million campaign, meaning that many more mailers could get a piece of the assigned sum. So far, the weekend passed without emails, but the large budget suggests that the new week will pass under the sign of a robust promotion.
ENIP is a company devoted to the acquisition and protection of intellectual property. So it is no wonder that pumpers would mention a new involvement in a lawsuit against two defendants, Aclara Technologies, Inc. and Sensus USA, Inc. What is strange is that the claim comes from the wholly-owned subsidiary of ENIP, Endeavor MeshTech, Inc. The infringement concerns a patented technology in the field of wireless communication.
So far, ENIP is relatively well-equipped for such activities, showing:
- cash: $450 thousand
- current assets: $501 thousand
- current liabilities: $640 thousand
- quarterly revenue: $100 thousand
- quarterly net loss: $262 thousand
But the expensive promotion may also mean a temporary climb, followed by a fallout, as it has happened in many other promotions for the OTCBB-tier companies.
One of those relatively solid selections was the Alkaline Water Co., Inc. (OTCBB:WTER), which peaked around the dollar levels, but now drifts sideways around 50 cents.
Montalvo Spirits, Inc. (OTCBB:TQLA) also rose disproportionately, but slid even deeper, to drift sideways around the 30-cent levels.
Biozone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:BZNE) is yet another recently active ticker that promised an upward series, but for now it offers a rather choppy ride.
Investors’ forums are well aware that ENIP already looks like a scam- and the Friday email confirms that. Now, it remains to be seen how far the climbing trend could survive. Already above a dollar, ENIP is at any moment threatened by selling, either to realize profits, or to benefit insiders. It is best to stay away from such a heavily promoted company, unless you can afford to pay for erratic behavior and the fallout of the promotion.
