FusionPharm, Inc. (OTCMKTS:FSPM) Picks Up After Radio Presentation
FusionPharm, Inc. (OTCMKTS:FSPM) looks relentless, waking up in a good mood following the long weekend. FSPM reached $3.60 after gaining more than 66% on buying volumes of $4.67, as despite investor doubts, the ticker continued its climb, fueled by general PR hype. There is still no promotional message directly targeting investors with emails on FSPM.
FSPM created some doubts of its success through its product- shipment containers appropriated as hydroponics systems for marijuana growing. But at this point, and with momentum in stride, FSPM is bought up like hotcakes as a chance for exposure to the pot stock sector, potentially with another round of awesome short-term gains.
FSPM added to the hype by spreading out a PR outlining a recent interview of CEO Scott Dittman on iCannabis Radio. The director had a whole hour to outline the benefits of his company. FSPM also plans to continue its publicity through web-based videos, and it has a well-functioning website. Now, the company will have to show its relatively high price is not just a fluke.
Investors’ forums are calling FSPM a “pick and shovel” company, comparing it to sellers of tools during the Gold Rush. While gold prospectors either won or lost, the suppliers of tools always made a solid stream of revenues. This is the major appeal of producers of intensive growing systems- that while direct cannabis sales or medical approaches are risky, growing will be a very basic necessity.
Growers were quite revered in the latest price spikes surrounding the sector. Terra Tech Corp. (OTCBB:TRTC) has kept quite well, although a bit far from its peak. The ticker was among the best buys at the beginning of the year, as the novelty of legalized cannabis raised all related stocks. Currently TRTC is at 32 cents.
Fresh Healthy Vending International, Inc. (OTCMKTS:VEND) is another company close in price range to FSPM, and also in business promises. The only drawback is that VEND is under a paid paper promotion, so the end of the campaign may wipe out the gains. But VEND is still offering a short-term price gain, and entices investors with a relatively respectable price.
No matter what cash potential a business has, on the OTC this is no guarantee against deep corrections later on. FSPM enjoys optimism on forums right now, but this may run out soon, so avoid burying unsustainable sums, despite the upside potential of the cannabis sector.
