Global Equity International Inc (OTCBB:GEQU) Keeps Sliding Down
[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]Global Equity International Inc (OTCBB:GEQU) has had a pretty decent run up the charts so far in this year. It has managed to climb out of double zero land and keep a decent level, while daily trading was going slower.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]This month, however, is turning out to be quite bad for the stock of [[tagnumber 6]]GEQU.[[tagnumber 7]] The company has started to descend the charts in a fashion that we have not seen in the recent trading. It appears that [[tagnumber 6]]GEQU[[tagnumber 7]] is gathering momentum in a downward direction and the ticker might very well drop below the 1 cent per share mark if this continues.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]This is all coming after the company recorded rather decent results in the third quarter of the year. On November 5 [[tagnumber 6]]GEQU[[tagnumber 7]] filed its report for the period ending September 30, 2015 with the SEC and it contained the following numbers of prime interest.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 19]] [[tagnumber 20]]cash: $1,447[[tagnumber 21]] [[tagnumber 20]]current assets: $30,536[[tagnumber 21]] [[tagnumber 20]]current liabilities: $1,646,114[[tagnumber 21]] [[tagnumber 20]]revenues: $1,032,465[[tagnumber 21]] [[tagnumber 20]]net income: $232,725[[tagnumber 21]] [[tagnumber 30]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]While we rarely see and OTC entity post positive results when it comes to net income we can’t get past the point that [[tagnumber 6]]GEQU[[tagnumber 7]] has an extremely low amount of cash on hand. Furthermore, as we have previously written, the company stock has suffered through quite a lot of dilution that would have brought down any other OTC entity.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]So, what is keeping [[tagnumber 6]]GEQU’s[[tagnumber 7]] price so strongly. The company has been busy issuing press releases and there have been some paid promotional efforts in the past months. Still, the latest sessions have showed us that [[tagnumber 6]]GEQU[[tagnumber 7]] is far from safe. This week started with a 12.55% loss and the ticker finished at $0.0216 after a total of 4.32 million shares were traded and generated $88 thousand in daily dollar volume.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]The price is still going down today, so you should be sure to do your due diligence and weigh out the risks before putting any money on the line.[[tagnumber 2]]
