Green Innovations Ltd (OTC:GNIN) Pump Is Over
We suspected that the paid pump for Green Innovations Ltd. (OTC:GNIN) was over when the promoters didn’t mail on Mar. 28. Still, we weren’t certain, but then they didn’t mail yesterday, and that’s a more solid indicator.
GNIN came out with another press release about a purchase order, yesterday at the open. Dividend Seeker and the rest of the pumper newsletters paid to tout GNIN hadn’t missed any of the previous releases about orders.
I speculated in my previous article that another press release may not be enough for GNIN to reverse its current course, and it seems I was right. GNIN closed down another 1.70% at $0.865 per share on modest 856 thousand shares. It should be noted that’s above the open at $0.84.
This latest press release shows the company aren’t done with trying to make themselves look attractive. However, without the support of the paid pumpers GNIN may have a tough time convincing the public they are worth the current price.
- $45,743 cash
- $313,921 total current assets
- $292,393 total current liabilities
- $232,955 revenue
- $21,843 gross profit
- $1.2 million net loss
The underwhelming 10-K from Mar. 13 put a stop of the second run of GNIN. Some investors were disillusioned by the numbers. The 10-Q for the first quarter should be filed on or before April 15. It will give the public a more clear idea of what GNIN has actually managed to do, although if one has done the due diligence, they should have a pretty good idea by now.
