HIGH PERFORMANCE (OTCMKTS:TBEV) Begins To Hesitate
[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]Lately the stock of HIGH PERFORMANCE (OTCMKTS:TBEV) has had a rough period. Back in the end of February its price was about 1 cent. In March, however, we saw the ticker plunge down the charts, losing a lot of value and reaching rock bottom.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]The company stock has since been struggling, but it has started to try and gain altitude lately. It is, however, still uncertain how far it can get. [[tagnumber 6]]TBEV[[tagnumber 7]] filed its quarterly report for the period ended April 30, 2015 just the other day and it showed some shocking numbers.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 12]]cash: 308 thousand[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]total assets: $308 thousand[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]total liabilities: $4.1 million[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]revenues: ZERO[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]operating loss: $283 thousand[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 22]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]But those aren’t the only terrifying statistics about [[tagnumber 6]]TBEV.[[tagnumber 7]] $2,188,132 of the company’s reported liabilities are in the form of senior convertible notes. During the quarter ended April 30 the company issued nearly 1 BILLION new shares as conversion of debt. The bigger picture looks like this – after the 1 for 10 reverse split that was exercised in February the company was left with 212 million outstanding shares. Just four months later that number had increased to a whopping 2.25 BILLION.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Recently [[tagnumber 6]]TBEV[[tagnumber 7]] increased its authorized share count from 2.5 billion to 5 billion. This only suggests that we might very well see a lot more dilution in the near future. In the light of this, the shareholder update that was issued just before the filing of the report looks like nothing more than an effort to cushion the blow.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]After some impressive gains in Monday, however, we saw [[tagnumber 6]]TBEV[[tagnumber 7]] lose altitude yesterday and the ticker dropped 12.50%, closing the session at $0.0007. The volume was high and the 465 million shares that changed their owners generated $340 thousand in daily trade value.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]It appears that the downward run isn’t over. We see [[tagnumber 6]]TBEV[[tagnumber 7]] 14.29% down as of the writing of this article and there is no indication that the ticker will not reach rock bottom once again. In any case, be sure to do your due diligence and adjust your trades accordingly.[[tagnumber 2]]
