IFAN Financial Inc (OTCBB:IFAN) Still Getting Pumped
[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]After a strong start of the year for IFAN Financial Inc (OTCBB:IFAN)’s stock we saw the ticker begin to decline after reaching a price of $0.89 per share. Some good news in the middle of March cause the company stock to surge, but this was short–lived and [[tagnumber 2]]IFAN[[tagnumber 3]] returned to its slide.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]One thing that can explain the negative movement of the stock is the financial situation in the company. Recently, [[tagnumber 2]]IFAN[[tagnumber 3]] filed their financial report for the quarter ended February 28, 2015 which contained the following numbers of prime interest in its balance sheet.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 14]]cash: $14,705[[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 14]]current assets: $61,325[[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 14]]current liabilities: $818,550[[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 14]]revenues: $0[[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 14]]net loss: $1.25 million[[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 24]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]From these numbers we can see that, while the cash reserves are gradually shrinking, there is a significant increase in current liabilities. We also see that, while [[tagnumber 2]]IFAN[[tagnumber 3]] is still unable to generate revenues, the net loss has increased by a staggering 29,940% compared to the same period in 2014.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]But that’s not the only red flag. If you have read our previous articles you would know that [[tagnumber 2]]IFAN[[tagnumber 3]] is constantly being promoted. After a massive multi–million dollar paid pump in the end of 2014 we saw that even the company was willing to pay in order to promote its stock.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]That, however, doesn’t seem to stop it from sinking. As the promotional emails keep coming in we saw [[tagnumber 2]]IFAN[[tagnumber 3]] drop another 14.21% during yesterday’s session and close at $0.1201, while a total of 1.16 million shares switched hands, generating $154 thousand in daily dollar volume.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]Considering all these red flags we find [[tagnumber 2]]IFAN[[tagnumber 3]] to be a very risky investment choice. In any case, if you do decide to make a play, you should be sure to do your due diligence and weigh out the risks before putting any money on the line.[[tagnumber 4]]
