Insider Penny Stocks Set a Time Bomb on Amerigo Energy, Inc. (PINK:AGOE)
In case you are keeping a watchful eye on the current market session in pennyland, you might be surprised to learn that the stock of Amerigo Energy, Inc. (PINK:AGOE) has gained a whopping 900% within the first few hours of trade. Rest assured, though. This bubble is rising because of a paid promotion and stands a good chance of bursting just as fast.
As it is, Insider Penny Stocks have just commenced a one-month investor awareness campaign on AGOE for a total remuneration of $30,000. The guys at Insider Penny Stocks must have acted fairly quickly because the email they have sent out is entirely based on a press release that came up literally a couple of hours ago. The latter deals with an LOI regarding an acquisition of a company producing a wide variety of … spirits.
Yes, this flatly contradicts with AGOE‘s pledge to seek out potential acquisitions in the oil and gas industry. At least, this used to be the ultimate goal set out in their initial business plan. However, plans change overnight and this change in particular seems to suit the pump well. However, this is not the first time the company has made taken a drastic turn in terms of business. Prior to 2008, that same company had existed under the name of Strategic Gaming Investments, Inc. So, when will AGOE‘s managers undertake yet another change in course? Maybe when the next promotion on the stock takes place.
All in all, buying AGOE stock now is equal to planting a time bomb in your pockets. The company has already failed in two completely different business fields. Otherwise, AGOE would not have only $55 of cash, would it? Nor would its aggregate net result actually be a loss of nearly $16 million. Speaking of money, how exactly will AGOE pay for the supposed acquisition of the spirits company covered in the press release?
Last but not least, be sure to check out Insider Penny Stock’s historical record of all the pumps they have carried out so far. You will hardly like what you will see.
