Marina Biotech, Inc. (OTCMKTS:MRNA) Seeing Some Action

(OTCMKTS:MRNA) was back in the end of last year when the ticker suddenly surged out of nowhere and attracted investor attention. There seems to be absolutely no progress, which would explain the lack of interest in the company stock.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 6]]MRNA[[tagnumber 7]] also rarely makes any press releases and its market cap is rather low, compared to other OTC entities with similar financials. Yesterday, however, we saw the ticker gain 13.14% for now apparent reason and closed at $0.155.
