NanoTech Entertainment, Inc. (OTCMKTS:NTEK) Pump Pays Off
[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]The situation around NanoTech Entertainment, Inc. (OTCMKTS:NTEK) rarely changes. With little exceptions, the company stock has been sliding down the charts while issuing press releases mainly concerning new content on their 4K Ultra HD network.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]There is also the occasional paid promotion and we have seen the volumes increase substantially in the latest months as [[tagnumber 6]]NTEK[[tagnumber 7]] was hitting 52–week low after 52–week low. The rare upward surges weren’t enough to stop the ticker from digging deeper down the charts. Neither are the numbers that were contained in the company’s report for the first quarter of the year.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 12]]cash: $44 thousand[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]current assets: $5 million[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]total liabilities: $1.16 million[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]gross sales: $2.63 million[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]net gain: $333 thousand[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 22]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Apart from the really small cash reserves of the company we see that [[tagnumber 6]]NTEK[[tagnumber 7]] is doing fairly well when it comes to sales and net income. The liabilities aren’t that big compared to the current assets as well. Still, the ticker is sliding and the press releases alone aren’t helping that much.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]More recently, [[tagnumber 6]]NTEK[[tagnumber 7]] reached a new 52–week low of $0.0101. It couldn’t drop into double zero land, however, and finished the next sessions in the green, recording small gains. That was when someone decided it was time to pump the company stock.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]The first emails hit our inbox on June 11. They listed a compensation of $2,750 and failed to do much about the ticker’s price. Then came Micro–Cap Consultants LLC and their many outlets who received $15,000 to promote the stock.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]This led to a 12.84% gain in Friday’s session and we saw [[tagnumber 6]]NTEK[[tagnumber 7]] finish the week with a price of $0.0123. The volume was a little over the 30 day average and the 12.71 million shares that changed their owners generated $156 thousand in daily trade value.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]We see that [[tagnumber 6]]NTEK[[tagnumber 7]] is doing well in today’s session so far. The ticker is nearly 10% higher from Friday’s close. That, however, doesn’t mean you should skip on doing your due diligence and weighing out the risks.[[tagnumber 2]]
