Nouveau Holdings Ltd (OTCMKTS:NHLI) Pump Joined by DGPP

Today will be the fourth day of pumps for Nouveau Holdings Ltd (OTCMKTS:NHLI). Damn Good Penny Picks (DGPP) and its affiliate newsletters are joining the pump efforts, but that may not be enough to prevent a post pump crash.

Yesterday NHLI closed down 6.90% at $0.27. Nearly 800 thousand shares changed hands, and while this is significantly less than the 4.8 million from Monday, it’s still several times the supposed number of outstanding shares (OS).

DGPP seems to be affiliated with Penny Picks and The Penny Stock Newsletter. The pumpers disclosed $25 thousand as compensation from an unspecified third party.

The same outfit touted ADB International Group, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ADBI). It closed down 17.65%, but a lot of the volume was generated in the first 10 minutes, and since ADBI opened with a gap up, there are traders looking at bigger losses if they haven’t sold already.

The uncertainty about the actual OS of NHLI makes it impossible to guess what the market value is. Additionally, the lack of any financial data about the company NHLI claims it will acquire make any valuation a shot in the dark, and only makes the whole story look more suspicious.

In early trading today, NHLI is already down nearly 30% with significant trading activity.
