On The Move Systems Corp (OTCMKTS:OMVS) On A Downward Slide
[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]After a discouraging slide that cost On The Move Systems Corp (OTCMKTS:OMVS) more than 90% of its valuation at the May peak we saw the ticker blaze through the charts in the second half of July, recording a single session in the red.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]The upward movement was rather strange considering it ran mainly on fluff PR. [[tagnumber 6]]OMVS[[tagnumber 7]] itself is in quite the bad situation when you talk about financials. Here are just some of the numbers that were contained in the company’s report for the first quarter of the year.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 12]]cash: $7,154[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]current assets: $14,654[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]current liabilities: $1,132,843[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]quarterly revenues: $2,250[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]quarterly net loss: $337,383[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 22]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Those are some pretty terrible numbers even by OTC standards so it wasn’t surprising when [[tagnumber 6]]OMVS[[tagnumber 7]] began to slide down the charts after recording a single green session since the beginning of the month.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]The company tries to boost investor confidence with more fluff PR, but it seems that this is not working. We see that [[tagnumber 6]]OMVS[[tagnumber 7]] has also been targeted by paid promoters. Stockpalooza received $100 thousand for a one–day campaign while Stocks To Buy Now have been compensated $15 thousand and will continue to receive the same amount monthly, so it seems we will be hearing from them again.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Despite the promotion and the press releases coming from company HQ, however, [[tagnumber 6]]OMVS[[tagnumber 7]] slid down 21.57% yesterday, closing at $2 per share and registering a third red session in a row. A total of 175 thousand shares changed their owners and generated $334 thousand in daily dollar volume, which is way smaller than the previous days.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 6]]OMVS[[tagnumber 7]] isn’t doing well today either, so be sure to do your due diligence and weigh out the risks before putting any money on the line.[[tagnumber 2]]
