One World Holdings Inc (OTCMKTS:OWOO) Makes A Big Jump
[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]After an increased interest in the stock of One World Holdings Inc (OTCMKTS:OWOO) in the second half of June we saw the ticker lose quite a lot of the value it had gained. As it dropped in price we also saw the daily volumes drop significantly and [[tagnumber 2]]OWOO[[tagnumber 3]] was barely moving for the most part of this month.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]As we wrote in our previous articles, the reason for the increased interest in June was the deal that the company made with Walmart. A lot of new optimistic news have come since that announcement, but they weren’t able to sustain the increased price. Meanwhile, we saw the financial filing of [[tagnumber 2]]OWOO[[tagnumber 3]] for the period ended June 30, 2015 earlier this month and it didn’t contain any positive numbers.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 14]]cash: ZERO[[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 14]]current assets: $608 thousand[[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 14]]current liabilities: $24.95 million[[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 14]]quarterly revenues: $833!!![[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 14]]Quarterly net loss: $8 million[[tagnumber 15]] [[tagnumber 24]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]Those are some terrible numbers, but they are far from the biggest red flag surrounding the company. If you have followed [[tagnumber 2]]OWOO[[tagnumber 3]] long enough you would know of the massive amount of toxic debt that the company has accumulated. The debt can be turned into shares at fixed prices that provide for massive discounts and profit.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]And despite the fact that the company has been issuing shares priced at around $0.001 per share in the past months we saw [[tagnumber 2]]OWOO[[tagnumber 3]] make a massive 47.50% leap in yesterday’s trading, climbing to a price of $0.0059. The daily volume, however, was small and the 15.97 million shares that changed their owners generated only $76 thousand in trade value.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]We see that [[tagnumber 2]]OWOO[[tagnumber 3]] is surging further up the charts in today’s trading, but that doesn’t mean that the trend will continue. Doing your due diligence and weighing out the risks before putting any money on the line is, as always, a must.[[tagnumber 4]]
