Pazoo Inc (OTCMKTS:PZOO) Losing Altitude
[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]After hovering above the 1 cent per share mark through most of the first half of the month we saw Pazoo Inc (OTCMKTS:PZOO) surge in the past week. The most probable reason for this was the anticipation of the company’s financial report for the first quarter of the year.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]As we wrote in our previous article, however, the company filed a notification of late filing and was supposed to file it in the middle of last week. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen so we don’t know much of the current situation. All we have are the numbers contained in their report covering the fiscal 2014, which didn’t look very good.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 9]] [[tagnumber 10]]cash: $733 thousand[[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 10]]total assets: $848 thousand[[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 10]]current liabilities: $3.6 million[[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 10]]annual revenues: $111 thousand[[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 10]]annual net loss: $4.9 million[[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 20]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]A part from the discouraging numbers there were some even bigger red flags. As we previously wrote, [[tagnumber 24]]PZOO [[tagnumber 25]]has suffered a lot of dilution since the beginning of the year. Back at the end of December there were around 193 million shares outstanding, while that number had increased to 525 million as of May 13.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Many of these shares came with a massive discount through the conversion of debt and we still don’t know how much of the preferred A shares are left out there. At the end of December that number was at a little over a million.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]After [[tagnumber 24]]PZOO [[tagnumber 25]]failed to file its report on time again we saw the ticker begin to lost altitude. Following the 4.23% drop of last Thursday we saw the company stock lose another 4.41% in Friday’s session, closing the week at $0.013 on a daily dollar volume of $111 thousand.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Today’s week hasn’t started any better and [[tagnumber 24]]PZOO [[tagnumber 25]]is sitting 1.54% half an hour into the session. In any case, you should be sure to do your due diligence and weigh out the risks before putting any money on the line.[[tagnumber 2]]
