Premier Brands, Inc. f/k/a Tracksoft Systems Inc (OTCMKTS:BRND) Roller Coaster Goes On
The price of Premier Brands, Inc. f/k/a Tracksoft Systems Inc (OTCMKTS:BRND) has been on a roller coaster ride this week, and it can’t seem to settle down.
Yesterday BRND closed down 26.94% at $0.016. This virtually negated the gain from the previous session. The volume, which has been an issue, reached 28.8 million shares.
It has been an issue because the latest number of outstanding shares (OS) provided to the public is 52,990,000, and on Jul. 12 the turnover for the day was more than 172 million shares. This combined with a huge amount of convertible notes at prices around $0.007 may have scared some traders.
The reason for the whole commotion was a press release about the launch of Bad Boy Vodka, developed by BRND, and endorsed by Dennis Rodman. The company, has been silent since the announcement was made on Jul. 10.
Additionally, BRND didn’t file its quarterly on time. Now it has a grace period to file the report by Jul. 30.
For an expert in promotion and marketing, Jorge Olson, CEO and President of BRND, has been somewhat neglectful in keeping BRND shareholders apprised of the details surrounding the Dennis Rodman deal, as well as the share structure and market performance of BRND.
Until there’s some more clarity about the situation, it may be hard for BRND to get much higher.
