PV Enterprises International, Inc. (OTCMKTS:VDSC) Unleashes Promotion
On Tuesday, recently active PV Enterprises International, Inc. (OTCMKTS:VDSC) posted the second biggest buying volumes in history. The pink sheet grew by more than 58% to $0.0019, on dollar volumes above $562,000. All of this is explainable, since the double-zero was being prepared for another round of promotions under the new name.
Going as ALAS International Holdings, Inc. until August, the company came back to life with a press release, followed by a November 12th email from PennyStockRumors.net. The email is for an unknown compensation, probably free, as double-zero selections tend to gain fast and make for a good past record for pumpers.
VDSC has been through five identity changes, selecting various business models, from mining to defense systems. Its current focus is ecotourism, for which the company’s past has provided the following resources:
- one hundred dollars cash
- $6.5 million current liabilities
- $39 thousand annual revenues
- $1.7 million annual net loss
Of course, investors’ forums show awareness that VDSC is nothing more than hot air, and will soon return to rock-bottom lows. If we trust the past record, VDSC is already done with the climb, and the new opening will bring the crash quickly. We don’t believe that VDSC could offer specialty cruises any times soon.
And despite the dismal financial results, VDSC claims that it is a force on the market of shipping and dry dock services.
The promoter, PennyStockRumors.net, specializes in obscure companies holding high risk. The previous pick, Freedom Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCMKTS:FDMF) is the typical sub-penny nightmare. Briefly, the ticker grew by 800 percent, but went on to slide to triple-zeroes.
And feast your eyes on Eco-Tec Group, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ETEK), a promotion that turned into a carnage, sliding down nearly 99%, from 25 cents to triple-zero levels.
If you are into fast-moving stocks below the penny, keep in mind that you need to adjust your time frame, or the sum of your investment, unless you want to absorb the painful losses.
In the case of VDSC, PR and emails are scant, so don’t rely on investors’ interest flowing in to prop up the very shaky ticker.
