Reliabrand Inc (OTCMKTS:RLIA) Climbs Higher
[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]The stock of Reliabrand Inc (OTCMKTS:RLIA) was traded very thinly and often registered sessions in which there wasn’t a single bought or sold share of common stock. The ticker was trading into double zero land, having dropped below 1 cent per share after a brief stay above it in the end of May.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]The company itself doesn’t seem too keen on attracting investor attention. There were almost no press releases since the beginning of the year and [[tagnumber 6]]RLIA[[tagnumber 7]] only filed SEC documents. This leads us to one big question. What does the company have in its coffers. The answer is quite disappointing, as the numbers of their latest 10–Q paint a grim picture.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 12]]cash: $8,628[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]current assets: $786,581[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]current liabilities: $599,141[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]quarterly revenues: $43,461[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]quarterly net loss: $144,551[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 22]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Meanwhile, the company stock has been a target of paid promotions, a thing that is never a good sign. When you consider that the name of one of the outlets touting the ticker is Pumps & Dumps things get even uglier. We even saw Richard Ellis, or, as he likes to call himself, The Wolf of Penny Stocks try to pump [[tagnumber 6]]RLIA[[tagnumber 7]] and he was joined by the good old EGM Firm, Inc. who don’t seem to have received any compensation for mentioning [[tagnumber 6]]RLIA[[tagnumber 7]] alongside Global Equity International Inc (OTCBB:GEQU) and Enviro–Serv Inc (OTCMKTS:EVSV) last week.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Still, after the massive climb that [[tagnumber 6]]RLIA[[tagnumber 7]] recorded last week we saw the ticker gain another 40% in yesterday’s session. As the company stock was going for a close at $0.0245 there were a total of 3.34 million traded shares that generated $79 thousand in daily dollar volume, much lower than the previous sessions.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]The second sessions of this week saw [[tagnumber 6]]RLIA[[tagnumber 7]] a bit hesitant and the ticker is trading 6.33% in the red as of the writing of this article. Only time will tell if this will be the end of the climb and the beginning of a serious correction. Just be sure that you have done your due diligence before you put any money on the line.[[tagnumber 2]]
