[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]January saw SandRidge Energy Inc. (OTCMKTS:SDOC) get delisted from the New York Stock Exchange as the company stock was unable to cover the requirements and [[tagnumber 2]]SDOC[[tagnumber 3]] began trading over–the–counter, losing a lot of its value in the process.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]Meanwhile, there were a lot more bad news to come. The company filed its annual report in the end of March and although it contained some impressive numbers, you could see that the company hasn’t been doing very well throughout 2015. Here are some of the numbers of prime interest.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 11]] [[tagnumber 12]]cash: $435 million[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]current assets: $674 million[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]current liabilities: $437 million[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]annual revenues: $707 million[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 12]]annual net loss: $4.32 billion[[tagnumber 13]] [[tagnumber 22]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]These numbers coupled with the announcement that the company will seek Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection were enough to upset investors. The activist hedge funds that ousted Tom Ward from the company which he founded and led have suffered massive damages from the decline of the company stock.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]The most recent session saw [[tagnumber 2]]SDOC[[tagnumber 3]] lose 15.27% of its value and close at $0.05889. The volume was below the thirty day average and the 11.23 million shares that changed their owners managed to generate $670 thousand in daily dollar volume.[[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 4]] [[tagnumber 0]]Today’s session is going a bit better, but there are still a lot of questions about [[tagnumber 2]]SDOC’s[[tagnumber 3]] future.
