Solar Power, Inc. (OTCMKTS:SOPW) Slowly Ascending The Charts

The same filed for bankruptcy, which was approved by a US bankruptcy court. This led to questions from Crowe Horwath LLP, [[tagnumber 6]]SOPW’s [[tagnumber 7]]independent auditor, concerning the ability of the company to remain in business, which in term led to their dismissal and the hiring of KPMG Huazhen.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Another thing that should be taken into consideration is the rapid rate at which the printing presses are working on issuance of shares for acquisitions. Just a few months back the outstanding share count of [[tagnumber 6]]SOPW [[tagnumber 7]]was sitting at 341 million, while it currently is as high as 541 million.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]It would be a pretty ugly picture if the dilution finally catches up with the ticker and the stock plummets, especially for the people that decide to take their positions right before that. For the past week [[tagnumber 6]]SOPW [[tagnumber 7]]has been slowly ascending the charts once again, with daily gains of around 1%. The steady upward trading, however, doesn’t mean you should skip on doing your due diligence and weighing out the risks before putting any money on the line.[[tagnumber 2]]
