Soul and Vibe Interactive, Inc. (OTCBB:SOUL) Gets a Pump Spike
Yesterday Soul and Vibe Interactive, Inc. (OTCBB:SOUL) f.k.a Victory LG, Inc., got another massive pump effort which resulted in the second highest volume, and a small price spike for SOUL.
In early trading, the pump lured in people at prices as high as $0.355 per share. Ultimately, after more than 1.7 million shares had changed hands, SOUL closed at $0.32, which represented a loss of about 10% for those who got in at the early highs.
This performance came after a number of newsletters touted SOUL and the company issued a press release saying gaming industry veteran Jamie King has joined the company’s Advisory Board.
The addition of Mr. King could help the credibility of SOUL, although Mr. King’s 4mm Games became defunct in 2012 after burning through the money they had raised. The paid pump won’t do much for the image of SOUL, either.
Two of the newsletters, Penny Stock Crew and Stock Publisher, which may be owned and operated by the same people, disclosed a $145 thousand compensation. There were a few others, but their compensations were much smaller.
This is not the first pump job on SOUL, which could account for the relatively weak market response. The previous two stocks touted by the aforementioned newsletters did better on their respective first day, but it should be noted they have both crashed hard since then.
Penny Stock Crew and Stock Publisher pumped WhereverTV Broadcasting Corp. TVTV on Apr. 22. It closed up 11% the first day, then started dropping fast and it’s now about 70% down from the high.
The one before was Internet Media Services, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ITMV) which got a huge spike the first day, but it’s now nearly 90% down from the high.
Traders should be able to get an idea of where SOUL is going to go in the coming days.
