Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc (OTCBB:SOULD) Gets Back to the OTCQB
After spending less than 24 hours on the OTC Pink Limited tier, Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc (OTCBB:SOULD) is back on the OTCQB.
As stated in my previous article the relegation was due to SOULD missing the deadline for their quarterly report for Q2. As it turns out, the company filed its notification of late filing yesterday and today it’s back to its previous tier.
It should be noted that the filing of the notification wasn’t the best case scenario, and SOULD is not off the hook yet. The NT 10-Q filing simply extends the due date for the financial report by 15 calendar days.
As mentioned yesterday, there were two pump campaigns touting SOULD stock. Prior to the open we received an email by another newsletter – a $15 thousand pump by Penny Stocks Profile. While the stock didn’t crash, it didn’t get a significant boost by the pumps either.
SOULD closed up just 1.04% at $1.95 per share. The volume reached 565 thousand – a little over the average, but a lot below the 976 thousand from the previous session.
Penny Stock Profile was also used in the pumps of Worldwide Internet (OTCMKTS:WNTR) and Foodfest International 2000 Inc (OTCMKTS:FDFT).
SOULD may have bought another 15 days before it has to file, and this is probably convenient for them, but these may prove to be two stressful weeks for shareholders.
