Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTC:SOUL) Just Got a $100K Promo Impulse
When promoter Stock Guru launched a promo campaign in support of Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTC:SOUL) two weeks ago, the effort yielded sub-par results. However, when Stock Guru resumed pumping SOUL yesterday, the outcome was quite a different one. There is only one difference, though. This time, the former got huge promotional backup in the face of Stock Publisher and Penny Stock Crew, on the one hand, and Breakout Stocks, on the other. The former got paid $100 thousand, while the latter seized $15K for their services.
They say size does not always matter when dealing with paid promotions. This time, however, size did matter because SOUL shares shot up a whopping 40 percent yesterday on a volume of more than 1 million, the company’s second highest turnover for the last six months.
Coincidentally enough, the new pump was accompanied by a brand-new press release saying that Sony and Microsoft have allowed the company to publish computer and video games for consoles like Xbox 360(R) and PlayStation(R) 3. CEO Peter Anthony Chiodo himself touted this fact in a short video prepared by a group of people in charge of a low-Alexa-rank site which occasionally receives compensation for their advertising services. Chiodo also boasted about the versatile cash flows that could be expected in the foreseeable future and the huge value SOUL‘s shareholders will get.
Of course, all this would be really cool had it not been for the little fact that it is Chiodo that currently holds more than 80% of the company’s outstanding stock. Back in early-November 2012, Chiodo bought 50.4 million shares of common SOUL stock at a highly symbolic price of $0.0005 per share. Then came the share exchange agreement by which Soul, an entity run by Chiodo, became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. In accordance thereto, Chiodo exchanged his 18 million Soul shares for a total of 37 million shares of common SOUL stock.
Needless to say, any huge jump in the market price of SOUL now will definitely favour Mr. Chiodo rather than anybody else. Fair enough, isn’t it?
