TechnoConcepts, Inc. (OTCMKTS:TCPS) Refuses to Give Up

After two days of correction, TechnoConcepts, Inc. (OTCMKTS:TCPS) is still not ready to give up, regaining 25% to stand at $0.044. Whether TCPS will buck the trend is unknown, and the looming weekend may lead to a faster resolution of the two-week rising trend.

In total, TCPS received two mentions for pumpers and with a low price tag on the promotions, it is unknown if the ticker would receive more mentions. TCPS is shy with press releases, so there is not the chance of sudden investor interest on a well-crafted story. On top of all, there is no updated information for this pink sheet. At 4 cents, TCPS is easily replaceable with other penny stocks in a similar position, so for now, TCPS is left to hang, with a very high probability of a deep correction.

Not even paid promoters will take up such a mysterious ticker, and Blue Horseshoe Stocks does not mention a compensation for its efforts. Still, TCPS has the potential to turn into a dizzying short-term game, as it could easily slide back under a penny.

It is rare that a ticker would rise on its own accord with so little information to incite interest. The very promoters may have provided the buying to dig out the ticker from double-zero positions, and continue to boost its value by touting the great growth till this moment. Of course, past performance is no indicator for the future, but TCPS has done quite a bit for an absolutely obscure stock. Inertia may work in its favor.

TCPS may be the remnants of an otherwise active company, showing $2.8 million annual revenues for 2006, the last time it filed data. But the losses of 21 million may have toppled the company, which held $ 9.9 million current liabilities and only $1.5 million current assets.

While TCPS volumes were relatively high, a glance at the longer-term graph shows enough buying fueled by bare hope. It is possible that a lot of investors are seeking to revive the ticker just enough to be able to shed their holdings. The question remains if they are already finished with this and if TCPS will ever see another promotion, or remain forever silent on the lowest market tier.
