Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCMKTS:TTDZ) Continues to Climb on Speculations
Ever since investors learned that Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCMKTS:TTDZ) will be entering the marijuana industry through the takeover transaction by Green Cures, Inc. their stock has been conquering new heights up the stockchart. Yesterday it added close to 30% to its value and closed the day at $0.0185. The company has last visited such price levels back in 2011. But is such a rapid growth in share price sustainable?
Well, we can’t be sure. TTDZ announced the takeover at the end of January and since then there has been scarcely any information about their plans or operations. Green Cures’ official website has little insight to offer while the e-commerce website allbotanical.com that should have been launched this month is still not operational.
The last official update from TTDZ came on March 5 and announced that they have acquired FutureMarijuana.com and its online network portfolio. That means that TTDZ now owns quite a few websites related to marijuana, hemp, cannabis oil but we don’t know how will that help them generate revenues. TDDZ has filed for a trademark registration of Green Magic but for now no information about any future products has been revealed.
Any position in the company should be taken only after careful consideration of all the risks. Do you own due diligence and avoid jumping into a stock based solely on hype. In early trading today the stock took a hit and opened 7% lower at $0.017 but quickly recovered.Another company that is making a tremendous run up the chart on nothing but rumors is Viking Minerals, Inc. (OTCMKTS:VKML). After the company changed its CEO many expect that now VKML will also switch its operations towards the marijuana industry. As a result the stock managed to run from $0.004 to $0.15 as of yesterday in just 9 sessions. Today is not looking so good though as the ticker started plummeting right from the opening bell and is currently down by 10% at $0.132.
