Where Will Surna Inc. (OTCMKTS:SRNA) Go Now?

Surna Inc. (OTCMKTS:SRNA) had an impressive jump last week, but the last two sessions have cut its market cap down to size. So where will it head now?

As important as that question may be for investors, there is just no easy answer for it, as the ticker’s behavior of late is just too erratic to predict.

Case in point – when the ticker’s most recent jump, that happened after the company pushed its latest 10-Q. By all accounts, said report contained nothing impressive – in fact, the exact opposite is true, seeing as how it announced that SRNA was low on cash and burdened with more than a $1.6 million worth of convertible debt. This being the case, one would expect to see the ticker stumble in the sessions that followed.

Instead, SRNA nearly doubled its market value, and is just now starting to lose altitude. And while on the subject of randomness – there seems to be no particular reason for the ticker to fall just now. The company’s latest 8-K and the announcement that followed it was largely irrelevant, so it stands to reason that could not have been responsible for SRNA‘s stumble. Thus, there appears to be nothing guiding SRNA‘s chart movements but random bursts of volatility and the company’s own apparent mediocrity.

This is why investors should be extra diligent and watchful when dealing with SRNA. The ticker is just too unpredictable, and even seasoned traders would need more than a bit of luck to make money out of it as it is now.
