World Moto, Inc. (OTC:FARE) f.k.a. Net Profits Ten Inc Gets an Irrelevant Bounce
It’s not everyday one can call a 91.32% gain irrelevant, but in the case of World Moto, Inc. (OTC:FARE) f.k.a. Net Profits Ten Inc, it’s mostly accurate.
The huge percentage gain landed FARE a close at $0.0595 yesterday. This performance, however, hardly helps those that bought in above that level; that is everyone who bought before Jan. 16. Those who bought at the high of the Awesome Penny Stocks (APS) pump, are still looking at losses around 80%.
Since FARE isn’t touted by paid promoters at this time, and the company hasn’t filed any significant new document, the factors which can fuel a positive price movement are few. One such possible factor is the press release issued by FARE on Monday after the close.
The company tried to brag about another interview, supposedly conducted by a Chinese financial network, and supposedly to be broadcast next month.
Then there is another factor present in most huge pump jobs after they crash. When a stock like that plummets, it leaves a number of believers holding shares they bought at much higher prices. Some learn their lesson, take the loss and move on, but others just keep clinging to some desperate hope.
Some spikes, varying in magnitude, can be observed with most of the older APS pumps. TagLikeMe Corp (PINK:TAGG) has had several, Eaton Scientific Systems, Inc. f.k.a. Pristine Solutions Inc (PINK:ESSI) had some, and the older ones stage a spike once in a while. Unfortunately, those simply don’t last.
