Xumanii, Inc. f/k/a Medora Corp (OTCMKTS:XUII) Staging a Surprise Comeback?
Xumanii, Inc. f/k/a Medora Corp (OTCMKTS:XUII) is an Awesome Penny Stocks (APS) pump job and one that has been going for a while now. Still, the last three sessions suggest it isn’t dead yet.
Yesterday XUII closed up another 15.29%. The price at the close was $0.245 per share and the volume reached 5.1 million shares.
That’s still a long way from the highs in May, but it’s still a huge surprise, as most APS pump jobs don’t last more than a month. The previous two were Goff Corp (OTCBB:GOFFE) and Swingplane Ventures (OTCBB:SWVI).
About an hour ago, XUII issued another press release. This time the company announced signing an agreement with Mac Miller. XUII got the rights to broadcast 3 Live Concerts on its website. As with previous deals, XUII is paying the artist and there’s no indication that the company will make any money on the deal.
According to the information on the XUII website, there will be a live broadcast of a French Montana performance on July 22, and again it will be free. That deal was announced on Jun. 4.
These broadcasts and the announcement that XUII has retained entertainment Attorney Joel A. Katz, may sound exciting, but it’s still not clear how XUII is financing its operations and how it intends to finance them in the future.
Since XUII has already broken the pattern of APS pump jobs, it’s short term future is very unclear. In the long run XUII will have to prove its business plan can get them more than just paying artists to broadcast performances. This comeback cannot change the fact that XUII has been set up as all the rest of the companies pumped by APS, and it has all the characteristics associated with insider enrichment schemes.
